Mario Santaferraro

Beginning in 2015, Mario began his career with Healthcare Compliance Inc. Working in a completely new industry, Mario learned the way we all did: by “trial and error.” His professional interests in Mathematics, Decision Sciences and Client Relations made him uniquely qualified to excel in a new company and in a new field.

Mario quickly learned the ins-and-outs of ACA Compliance—the HCI Way. He helped develop the HCI Proprietary System and has become an expert ACA coder. As Director of Operations, Mario oversees the Client Experience by understanding the client, making the data gathering something compatible with the Client’s existing systems, promptly responding to Client questions and concerns, and getting the work done on time.
